Formerly The National Conference for Community and Justice (NCCJ) of Kansas.

The hands of the Diversity Kansas logo form the
shape of Kansas and show how we as individuals,
with our different perspectives, connect to one another.
The colors represent the colors of Kansas during springtime,
a time of renewed spirit and growth.

Vision:

Diversity Kansas is about people working together to build inclusive communities that are respectful of all races, religions and cultures. The future of Kansas depends upon how we work together, how we see each other and how we lift each other up.

Mission:

Diversity Kansas assists in building inclusive communities, businesses and institutions through diversity training, advocacy, conflict resolution, interfaith collaboration, youth leadership training and community dialogue.

Our Work:

The work of the Diversity Kansas is among the most important activities we can participate in to create a positive, inclusive society. It is the unfinished business of living in a highly diverse state: educating and empowering our next generation of leaders; enhancing Kansas workplaces; and helping to create inclusive communities. Diversity Kansas takes a historic mission and creates programs and activities relevant and vital to 21st Century life. It is a journey we can all take together.
