Helping Organizations Build Inclusive Workplaces

DIVERSITY KANSAS helps employees become more comfortable with cultural differences, learn more effective methods of cross cultural communications and develop strategies for conflict resolution. Employees learn skills and concepts that improve their effectiveness in a multicultural work environment. They discover how their perceptions, attitudes and behaviors may impact their performance in the workplace and learn the importance of making their workplace safe and inclusive for all people. Through hands-on interactive workshops facilitated by highly trained staff, participants explore a wide range of topics including leadership, prejudice and its effects on society, communication and inter-faith understanding as strategies for improving human relations.
